The Sterling Raw Diet was
adapted from Ian Billinghurst's Give Your Dog A Bone
and Grow Your Pups with
Bones, as well as Kymythy Schultze's The Ultimate Diet.
These book are highly recommended for those wanting to feed raw,
as they offer guidelines for implementing the canine raw diet.
In formulating a canine diet, the ratios of calcium/phosphorus
need to be 1.2:1. The Calcium/Phosphorus

well as many others. Please note that bonemeal is not a
good calcium source, as it has been heated during processing,
which renders its calcium unavailable for assimilation.

overnight, and neither will you. However, we do feel strongly
that a raw diet provides optimal canine nutrition for all dogs.
