| J.P.Teez, etc., is a partnership of two best friends, Judy King and Pam Claridge Tobin. The two first met in 1984 as part of a small group, of Squaw Peak Akita Club of Phoenix, Arizona, founding members. | ||
| Mutual love for the Akita soon led to their establishing a rescue organization for abandoned Akitas, which served the metro Phoenix area for over a decade, placing hundreds of deserving Akitas in new, loving devoted homes. The Akita Welfare League, Inc.(AWL), a 501(c)3 organization, continues to work for the benefit of all Akitas. | ||

Working together on behalf of Akitas created a deep and lasting bond which has carried over into their partnership in J.P.Teez,etc., a company dedicated to producing the highest quality screenprinted and embroidered apparel for the purebred dog fancier. The reception to their designs by Akita enthusiasts worldwide has been tremendous; avid followers eagerly await the annual debut of new designs. Their line is now expanding to include other breeds, with the Shiba Inu being the latest. Customed dyed foundation garments, selected for many of their designs, are not the usual but the extraordinary! J.P.Teez,etc., proudly designed the 1996, 1997 and 1998 Akita Club of America National Specialty shirt, with sell out success! |
